Butter Beans and Sage Soup

When It’s HIS TURN

We would all be having cereal for dinner if only my husband was the one responsible for meals in our house! That’s what he said himself.  He got some cooking apples in the shop two weeks ago believing he will make some apple pies.
Of course, that never happened, and the cooking apples were desperately crying for help at this stage, so I had to do something about it.
The other day as he was having a difficult time at work I decided to treat him to a unique and different dinner for when he comes home.
As it was a wet and rainy day,  I planned a warm and hearty meal for my dearest.  It gives me much pleasure to see him enjoying a meal I make especially for him.
I have to say that the humble sage I used here is from my herb garden which I am so proud of.
