250g of Soup Mix with barley and some other pulsed
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 white onion
Organic vegetable stock cube
Sprigs of thyme
Sprigs of Parsley
- Soak the pulses for couple of hours.
- Chop all the vegetable in small cubes.
- In a big pot heat some oil, add the chopped onions and cook for 2 mins. Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook for another 5 mins. Add in the chicken stock.
- Allow to simmer for about 2 hrs in a low heat adding more water if needed.
- Season and serve hot.
