Avocado, Banana & Berry Smoothie

Avodaco and Berry Smoothie-1-2

This avocado, banana and berry smoothie is a treat. It has the perfect two thickeners you need to make a creamy and luscious delight. As soul mates, avocado and banana are the backbones of this sweet yet so potent concoction. They’re a great combination just like my cacao mousse.   Have you tried it yet? If not then frankly you are missing out on what is an absolute guilt and sugar-free delight.

I figured if I like avocado and banana mashed together so much I should have it more often. Having no cacao, I decided to replace it by some berries and OMG it’s magical!. Since when has eating healthy and nutritious been so rewarding? It’s like a tropical jar of goodness. I should have shared this smoothie recipe before valentine’s day for a little something special for your darling, maybe next year eh?  Or just go on give them the berry surprise today! Or if you want better health then start drinking at least 1 cup of this smoothies at least twice a week.
