As soul mates, avocado and banana are the backbones of this sweet yet so potent concoction. They’re a great combination just like my cacao mousse. Have you tried it yet? I figured if I like avocado and banana mashed together so much I should have it more often. Having no cacao, I decided to replace it by some berries and OMG it’s magical!. Since when has eating healthy and nutritious been so rewarding? It’s like a tropical jar of goodness. I should have shared this smoothie recipe before valentine’s day for a little something special for your darling, maybe next year eh? Or just go on give them the berry surprise today! Avocado, Banana & Berry Smoothie For a Better Health
Ingredients
1/2 avocado (seed removed)
1 small to medium banana
1/2 cup blue berries or any other berries of choice (fresh or frozen)
1/2 tea spoon of chia seeds
1/2 cup of water
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender for few seconds or until creamy and smooth.
- Serve immediately.
