Sweet Peppers with Goat Cheese and pine nuts-grilled

- Sweet Peppers
- Olive oil
- Goat’s Cheese
- pine nuts
- Run a sharp knife to cut open the peppers. Rub some olive oil.
- Stuff with goat cheese and sprinkle the seeds and a generous amount of honey
- Bake for 20-30 mins in a pre-heated oven at 180°c.
- Serve hot.
