Sauteed Red Cabbage 

I just love bright and colorful vegetables. I try to make it different ways every time so that I don’t hear complaints at dinner time. This is my favorite way of making this sauteed red cabbage because its spicy, quick and it doesn’t require any fancy ingredients other than a few basics that we always have in the press. Red Cabbage 

Ingredients

1 Red Cabbage chopped

Oil 2 tsp

Onion 1 chopped

Dry Chilli 1 chopped

Garlic 1 clove thinly chopped

Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with oil. Fry the onion and the dry chilli.
  2. Add the red cabbage and the garlic. Cook for around 5 minutes then add some salt and cook for another 20-25 minutes or until its soft.
