My recipes are inspired by my ethnic background with a dollop of the western twist (think Mauritian taste meets Irish produce). All home-cooked, these are the meals I serve to my family, so affordability, availability and convenience are
a priority when I create them.

You’ll notice some of my earlier recipes may have added sugar. But as you click through, you’ll discover my food journey. My newest recipes are sugar-free, unprocessed, wholesome and nutritious.
