roasted red pepper hummus

 

Today’s recipe is one that I have been longing to share with you all. It’s one that I love and make so often.

It’s a good one to spread over a thick toasted sourdough slice or crackers. Then I often use hummus to dress a salad or pasta or as a side with sweet potato wedges.

It also goes into the kids lunch box.

If you haven’t tried them then you are missing out!

Red pepper is a power house when it comes to healthy food. It’s vibrant colour says it all. It’s rich in antioxidant and freshness. It’s super budget friendly too.

of course, you can try a plain hummus or a flavourful beetroot hummus too.
