During pregnancy and childbirth, the women’s body needs attention and more nutrients. After the delivery, however, we often see that the new mother’s health is often overlooked because the baby is out. But the job is not over; there’s still so much work to do now which means you need to be in perfect health to keep going for the next few years.
After my four children, I had had severe postnatal depression, and this is what led me to Nutrition and the work I am doing today. If this information was given to me before It would have saved us from so much pain. Not only for me but my whole family. We went through a tremendous amount of pain that got better ONLY after I change my diet and lifestyle.
