Making a batch of garlic paste every week or 2 is a habit I learned from my mother and grandmother. It’s so quick and easy to make and it reduces the time needed to prepare nutritious and delicious meals on those busy week nights.
Homemade Garlic Paste
Recipe Type: Condiment
- garlic bulbs
- water as required
- Peel the garlic and cut into halves. Put it all in a blender with a drop of water.
- Blend until you get a smooth paste.
- Transfer into an air-tight jar.
- Use straight away or keep in the fridge for 2-3 weeks.
