I hope you all are having a great Christmas Break! I had a fantastic time with my cousin and her family from France. It was a funny time switching from 3 languages. My Christmas dinner was a traditional Irish Turkey, Brussel Sprouts, Parsnips and so on. There were some exceptional cheats too, though.

With the New Year approaching, I am hoping to reach more people in 2017 and raise awareness when it comes to Healthy Eating and the general wellbeing.

There will be a new post daily to encourage Healthy Eating. My goal will be to unveil some of the myths behind Healthy Eating slowly.

In the month ahead we will hopefully be a little wiser when it comes to eating:

  1. See what we eat
  2. Face up to it
  3. Deal with It
  4. Eliminate
  5. Replace
  6. Live
