Healing Pineapple Smoothie For Relieving Inflammation and Pain

Ingredients

1 small ripe pineapple peeled and cut

1/2 cucumber (remove seeds) cut

2 oranges peeled and cut

3 inches of raw turmeric peeled

2 inches of raw ginger peeled

1 cup of water

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
