I know right! It is so hard to walk down the aisle with so many options yet not knowing what to buy. - 1 ripe avocado
- 2 table spoons of lemon juice
- 1 tea spoon of grated lemon or lime juice
- 2 tea spoons of tamari sauce
- 1/2 tea spoon of grated ginger
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- About 200 ml of water
- Put all the ingredients in a high speed food processor and pulse till a smooth silky sauce is formed. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
This sauce can be used as a spread, mayo, Salad dressing or pasta sauce.
