Boiled eggs in a Creole sauce-Breakfast

I served it as a last minute easy breakfast this morning but honestly you can serve it as any other meal of the day. Let me know if you ever try this simple and easy recipe by commenting below.. 
Ingredients
4 Eggs Boiled
1/2 Onion chopped
1 clove of garlic crushed
1 green chilli chopped
Thyme
Curry Leaves
6 Cherry tomatoes 
Salt to taste
Oil
Method
Heat the oil in a pan. Add all the ingredients except the boiled eggs. Season and cook until tomatoes are cooked and reduced. Cut the boiled eggs in halves and add it to the pan. Give it a all gentle stir to mix the tomatoes with the eggs. Cook for another 2 minutes and serve!
